440 Mopar right out of a 78 Dodge Van. Low manifold used on DRIVER SIDE ONLY.

Low Manifold and Spark Plug Heat Shields

Low Manifold Driver side FMC #902

Low Manifold Passenger side FMC #902

Low Manifold (Ball) Flange is tilted in toward oil pan 10 degrees. It takes NO GASKET. Seals with a flared pipe that matches the Ball, and a FX37 Split Flange, or Nicson 15022 Flange on a Walker 41725 Exhaust Pipe Adapter . . . with the Flat Flange CUT OFF.

Low Manifold with CERAMIC Spark Plug WIRE ENDS go up over valve cover. STock Mopar Heat Shield on the left and a GM #1255105 Shield SPLG on the right.

The GM Plug shield can be modified by adding sheet metal with rivets to the shield to make it come out as far as the Mopar Shield. It could also be double wall.

One possible set up for the low manifolds feeding a 2-1/4" to 3" out collector, and a 3" Flow Master 50 Series Big Block Muffler at the rear of the stock muffler location using the stock tailpipe outlet location.

Same Set Up photo from Bumper end.
