The interior was upgraded with hardwood floors, new upholstery, new appliances. The mech. side, everything on the brake system was replaced except the drums and pedal. All rubber hoses, seals, wiring replaced for reliability. Most of wiring was ok. Made alot of improvements in the engine area and replaced fuses with circuit breakers. Transmission cooler upgrade, with cooling fans. Suspension stabilizers in the rear with new shocks all around. New tires. We are still using the original central a/c units. Upgraded the front and rear marker lights, with additional driving lights. Repacked all bearings on wheels and jackshafts. Chrome valve covers, ball joints on the exhaust to allow flexability. Service the original Onan gen. We enjoy our FMC very much. We have made two tours out west 2004 and 2009. 2004 we traveled to Mt. Rushmoore, Yellowstone, Bryce Canyon, LasVegas, Grand Canyon. 2009 We traveled to the Royal Gourge area of Colorado. We have traveled many thousand miles to 18 states. We always have someone where ever we stay to ask questions about the unique FMC motorcoach.

Mix of new bias tires (front) and older radials (rear) Good glass all around although some slider tracks are brittle. Generator runs well. Propane system and tank are in good shape. Upholstery in good condition. Carpeting is fair with some stains. Dashboard is fair - someone added a veneer and all control labelling is covered. Wipers work. Radio works. Dash blower works. Rebuilt 52,000 original mile Chrysler 440. Fuel injection introduced. New radiator with 4 fan built-in system. OEM muffler set up. OEM 17 rims. OEM "A" model-booth with new "Knoll" upholstery and curtains fabricated by "Uniwerks". "Crenshaw Carpet" found a fabricator that still made original 70s thick shag carpet:) We couldn`t resist!! All interior restoration in keeping with original FMC green finishes. All appliances work.
