As part of the meeting, Don Reed gave a short summary of his work at the beginning of our coach's creation. First, it was noted that the coach division was located in Riverside, CA and not in Santa Clara. It was only after about 6 coaches were built that the Riverside facility was closed and the coach division moved to Santa Clara adjacent to the ordinance division. Don was the only plant employee transfered to the new location. Not too long afterward, he was transferred from the coach division to the ordinance division and his work with the coaches ended.
