After having parked the coach outside for 12 months and nothing done I have rented a workshop and I'm back working on it.

I'm installing aluminum inside window trim instead of the plastic. I got a complete set from a later model coach. Not the quickest of mods since the aluminum trim goes outside the window frame. Fiberglass has to be cut on the doors and the aluminum wall several places on the seven other windows.

Turns out nice. Will take some hours to clean the trim but the mod is well worth I think

This is how the aluminum trim looks like on the insulatet walls. The Armaflex under the white foam-backed liner is cut back too allow the trim to sit "deep" like this.

Workshop space is limited so i have to do the larger parts first to free up some space. Had planned to have the dash recovered but with some gluing, scrubbing and polish it's ok for now. The color is almost back to when it left the factory and when the polish cures up the finish will be perfect without this very high gloss.

The kitchen worktop cabinet really needs some rebuilding.

This is how the worktop "nose" is made. Replicating this will be a challange as I totally lack woodworking skills. Will have to ask a friend to help out.

The difference in color from the original orange to the sun faded "yellow" is easy to see where the sink was.I have talked to Formica and think I will end up buying a sheet of this orange laminate. I'm also bulding a vacuum bagging system for laminating this and future fibre laminate projects.

Cabinet is sanded, primed and ready for some epoxy paint and reassembly.

Checking if everything fits in place. The overhead cabinet is "new" and I got it to convert to a normal high oven. #477 came with a microwave on top. Good to see the front interior going back in, it has been more than four years since I stripped it.
