At my friends workshop. | Example of cracks in paint most likely due to damage in fiberglass laminate below. | More cracks. | And then some. |
Windows came out very easy. | Roof stripped. There must have been a hundered or more holes in the laminate from rivets and things attached and moved around. No way this could ever been done leakproof without a total rebuild. | Windscreen frame drilled loose and cleaned up before "glued" and rivited back to structure. | Hey! Forgot my favorite coffecup inside. |
Roof sanded down with 16 grit. All cracks and holes grinded out to make room for proper repair with polyester fiberglass laminate. | Holes repaired with fiberglass and polyester. | Made new proper repair to old damage over passenger door. | Roof clearance light areas needed som attention. |
