There was a huge gap around the opening for the little doors on each side that had to be sealed to prevent heat and fumes leaking in to the coach. Wooden square frames fills most of this gap but they had to be fixed.

Plywood and sheet removed. Happy to find there was no rust damage. Cleaning, brushing, primer and epoxy will give us at least another 30 years.

Airgap.

This is looking in from outside thru the door of the fishingrod/ski compartement. Two screws on each side has to be removed.

This picture shows where the joint in the trimming is and sitting in the little square on the wooden edge is one ot three nails.

Picture illustratind how front of cabinet can be pulled forward and comes loose as a complete unit..

Rear lower fibreglass panels back from the workshop without the hole for the original exhaust. 3 good layers of gelcoat.

Headliner looks very deformed because of the shine on the other picture but it is quite straight.

Headliner wet sanded with 1200 grit then buffed with Autosol and polished with Hempel boat polish.
