engine and generator exhaust installed and muffler heat shield in place.

dash cluster needed new stepper motors but now all is working well...engine running...no MIL light!

still need to put a water shield over the PCM and TCM but this area should remain open as I moved the batteries to the bedroom

this intake hose used up all my patience...it's a super tight fit and not easy to get both hands on...thankfully it's not something I'll have to remove again unless something really bad happens..

still need to finish the fuel tank vent and pcv breather catch can install off one of the intercooler pipes

A little grooming left to do but this is close to the finish look on the passenger side

just need a few more fittings to complete the fuel system, radiator will go back on and it will be time to start adding fluids and doing some power up checks..

obviously still need to rework the taillight harness..

intercooler tubing reinstalled and the maze of a drive belt installed..

new DC Power Inc XP270amp alternator will power the house batteries and 4000w inverter/charger

battery cables enter into the rear of the coach where the chassis batteries will be located

there's an adjustable thermal switch under the plate as well as most of the electrical conections
