Felton Rally Nov '09

Author: BigRabbitMan (Show all albums) This is the album for a few of the pictures of the rally held in Felton, California Nov 6-8, 2009. We had a total of 10 FMC coaches at the rally and 13 owners for all or part of the rally. The furthest attendees came from over 2,000 miles way and the closest was 5 miles. Regardless of distance, we "met the nicest people" and had a great time. We missed you and hope to see you at the next rally. The photos are the combined effort of Ron and Louise Herbert, Harry and Sandy Day and Stephen Heinrichs.

Coach #621 is very lucky to have Louise and Ron Herbert as it's "people". They have done a bunch of nice things to it, but ....	....coach #708 has the Millers, Liza, Gage, Ruth and Greg. Now Gage has added a second coach to their collection by (look close)...	... creating coach #708L for Lego! Gage did a superb job of creating an FMC out of Lego pieces.	Another family group are relatively new coach owners Carlton and Nuntawan Camyre and their children, Nick and little Joseph. They have that nice looking #888. All of the children at the rally were very helpful, made new friends and had a great time.
Finally we get to the highest coach number in attendance, coach #1046 and it's owner Stephen Heinrichs.	(1 Comments) Louise!! What are you doing! Can't you see that that coach has it's eyes open and is coming towards you! What are you doing standing there?	Well she was taking this series of photos of Jim Woestman pulling out between the redwood trees. Note the lack of room on each side.	Here he comes ...
...slowly, slowly, carefully, carefully ....	.... and he is out! Now, remember the coach was in there and to get there he did what you have just seen a few days earlier, but that time he did it backwards and in one shot without stopping. Good driving Jim and have a good trip back to Carthage, MO. See you and the others in Nebraska in Jume.	See this sign. This is a sign that you want to look out for as where ever you see one, good things and FMC coaches will be there. All of the officers scattered across this great country of ours have these signs and are instructed to put them up at any and all rallies in their areas. A rally can be one or more coaches so meet up with others in your area for mini-rallies, stick a sign in the ground and trade stories, food and FMC coach hints and tricks. We will then see all of you at the Mega Rally planned for next June in the center of the USA in Minden, Nebraska. I will be there and expect to see you there as well.
