Back from Quartzsite and back to work on the 'project'. This is the first disc mounted, right front. The clearance to wheel is really, really tight. Not much more than 1/16". Lots of fit up to get everything right.

Might have been easier to remove the front cap but making sure everthing fit I thought it needed to go this way.

All fits but is really tight. Would make an OEM proud with the difficulty accessing this.

Mounted the hydroboost, master cylinder, remote reservoir.

This was a bit more complicated than I first thought. Of course!

An overview of the new brake parts that needed to be fabricated. A few more pieces on order, special hose and a few fittings and it should be ready for install.

Here you can see the float switch that warns if fluid is low.

Decided to add an extra support bracket to the hydroboost/master cylinder. Not much room under the hood to fabricate close tolerance pieces.

Here you can see how it goes together.

Another view of the bracket.

Here's the bracket for the reservoir. More going on here than meets the eye.

Another view of the adapters. There will be a hose barb attached and hose that goes to the master cylinder. Finding brake fluid rated hose/rubber bung seals is a real challenge.
