Some of the 3" tube going to the IC. I tried to mount the IC close to the cold side of the turbo trying not to pick up any more hot air than possible. Probably not a big deal though, just a little extra efficiency if possible.

Hot side leaving the turbo. Still need to fab up some brackets for the tube.

Location of the IC with mounting bracket.

Here's the radiator I'll be using.30.63" wide core.

It will be used as a cross flow. 35.83" wide core.

It's a big dog for sure. They were used in Century class Freightliners with 14ltr detroits. Should work well with a 25" fan. Three core all aluminum. About 20% more surface area than the stock radiator.

Something new in the mail today.

A bit more 'bling' than I prefer but it is what it is.

This will be my second alternator and be used only for the house. It can be configured for conventional or Lithium batteries. It's rated 370 amp although the as tested made 410. US made with a good warrantee. The 370 is the most a 6 grove belt will support.

Here are a couple of brackets to support the Turbo tubing.

Another angle with the new 370 amp alternator installed.
