Colorado Mega Rally - 2012
Author: BigRabbitMan (Show all albums) This album shows a little of what the attendees did at the rally. While the rally was originally scheduled to be at a campground on the edge of Colorado Springs, due to forest fires the rally master, Jim Evans, with the assistance of Harry Day, secured spaces at another campground about 20 miles north. While the facilities were not near as ammendable to a rally, the people and coaches were the same and we had a great time. Don't miss the next rally! The pictures are a compilation of the efforts of Nuntawan Camrye, Connie Kubiak & Barney Martin, Lynn Clugston, Kathleen Sitton, Greg Miller, Bill Rogers and Stephen Heinrichs. |

Jim S., Harry and Stephen are discussing some of the various parts on display. | Here Rufus Coomer, who drove up from New Mexico for the day, is consulting with Lou while looking at the 8-10 diferent water pumps Lou brought with him. | There was excellent discussion of many topics. Here Barney is adding to the discussion. | Lou Cruse is setting up for an engine, brake, shock, etc. seminar. Lou filled up the back of his suburban with all kinds of things and brought them to the rally for the groups benefit.
Gage, Juliane and Ruth are also enjoying some ice cream. | And here is the "yummy" lady! Sandy Day showed up with ice cream, a scoop and cones. It really hit the spot on a hot day. Katie and Hillary assisted. | Wait! Hillary and Noelle are eating yummy food! | Larry and Carlton slipped away from the crowd to enjoy their meal. It is interesting to note that they both traveled about 1,500 miles to get to the rally where they met for the first time. Only to discover that they live 50 miles from each other!
It looks like this group is trying to get Lou to agree to a Golf Cart ride! | Are Joe and Ruth eating healthy food? | It looks like Greg, Jim S., Stephen and Bill R. need to move on to the food part! | .... food and drink!
