Felton Rally Nov '09

Author: BigRabbitMan (Show all albums) This is the album for a few of the pictures of the rally held in Felton, California Nov 6-8, 2009. We had a total of 10 FMC coaches at the rally and 13 owners for all or part of the rally. The furthest attendees came from over 2,000 miles way and the closest was 5 miles. Regardless of distance, we "met the nicest people" and had a great time. We missed you and hope to see you at the next rally. The photos are the combined effort of Ron and Louise Herbert, Harry and Sandy Day and Stephen Heinrichs.

Then Sunday morning came, but where are all the people that are supposted to be in the chairs?	Why they are all at the FMC Owners Club meeting and here are the three officers that were there. They are Lynn Clugston, Secretary/Treasurer, Stephen Heinrichs, Alternate National Director and Greg Miller, Western Vice Presedent.	Stephen obviously needs more coffee!	Lynn is very good and is taking the meeting minutes and also gave the Treasurer's report.
For the meeting, we formed a circle of chairs and had each person give a short self introduction and how they came to have their FMC. Each person/couple followed a different path to their coach. Here we see Louise Herbert, Ken Clugston, Dale and Carolyn Maggio and Lynn Clugston.	The circle continued from Louise taking a picture to Ron Herbert on her right on to Jim Woestman and then Greg Miller.	Further around the circle was this couple, Frank "Paco" and Mary Lou Ruiz. They are the ones that have had their coach twenty four years and this is the first rally they have been able to attend. All during the rally, Frank kept saying how much they enjoyed the rally and how much he was learning. Take a lesson from Frank, and follow his advice and attend the next rally in your area and the Mega rally coming up next June. Frank will not miss another one, even though this one will cost him money in the decorating ideas that Mary Lou went away with from looking at the interiors of the other coaches.	Greg Miller and Jim Woestman were very attentive during the meeting.
Ken Clugston and others.	We adjourned the meeting when the Ruiz's had to leave as we all wanted to see them off. It was tough for them to get away with the crowd milling about and going in and out of their coach!	I got a photo of the three Harvest Gold coaches as they were leaving. It is #400 in the left rear, #059 in the center pulling out, and #509 facing in to the left.	(1 Comments) Here is a non-faded section of the original carpet that Dale Maggio found under the drivers seat of #509. Can you still get shag carpet in these colors?
