For anyone needing bearing numbers for the factory belt tensioner idler pulley, here they are. BCA 204S. The "S" is for sealed bearing, no need for grease zurk. Or if you have a zurk, just order a 204.

I built my spark plug wires this weekend. They are Accel Silcone 8mm with ceramic spark plug boots. I also added Accel heat sleeves. Since I don't have the factory heat shields for this style manifold.

I removed the "series" of multiple 90's on the dash and rear heater piping on the thermostat tower, and replaced them with a single 90* and ball valve to shut off water flow if needed




New radiator hose was a great match for those of you with factory radiators and the tall thermostat tower.

Upper radiator hose Dayco Part # 70975 A little trimming off both ends made for a great fit.

Time to start working on the AC's.

Found this relay wired into the thermostat circuit for the AC's
