No springs to support the cushions. I guess Signode plastic strapping bands was really high-tech back in the days. | Drivers seat has different quality plastic band that are holding up just fine, but I'll change them all while I'm at it. | Am I the only one that did not know the passenger seat headrests are adjustable? Or at least intended to be. Mine was really stuck because of rust and because when the holders was welded on they were unparallel . The fix was cutting the lower welds and adjusting before welding again. | When I got the headrest holders straight. The headrest would not stay up. There is a spring loaded ball that is supposed to lock into the holes on the bracket. These wholes needed to be drilled out just a little bit and now it click nice into each position. |
