Thought I would save space around the bed area... not really. | Required cutting a larger hole in the firewall. | Thought I'd be smart and relocate an original air box in the engine compartment. | Relocated the shore power and transfer box to engine compartment.
Insulated with sound deadening and offers lots of room for air flow over top of transmission. | Completely over-engineer by metalsmith friend. | Oversized template made for transmission cover. | All worth it in the end...!!! Pionite #HP 360 - Afternoon Showers found at McKillican American 2388 Lincoln Ave., Hayward, CA 94545 Tel: 510-259-1300
No wonder this coach was expensive as it wasn't cheap for the materials and it's a ton of work... | Sand, blow off, glue, roll like mad and don't get too close to the edge before routering a smooth edge as the formica is brittle and snaps off easily. :P | A couple of ends were nailed when overlapped with welting. | Even trying a bit of contact cement did not hold it in place better than the proper cut hammered in place the first time with a large rubber mallet.
