Felton Rally Nov '09 | ||
Author: BigRabbitMan (Show all albums) This is the album for a few of the pictures of the rally held in Felton, California Nov 6-8, 2009. We had a total of 10 FMC coaches at the rally and 13 owners for all or part of the rally. The furthest attendees came from over 2,000 miles way and the closest was 5 miles. Regardless of distance, we "met the nicest people" and had a great time. We missed you and hope to see you at the next rally. The photos are the combined effort of Ron and Louise Herbert, Harry and Sandy Day and Stephen Heinrichs. |

This picture had me puzzled for a while as I couldn't figure out what Vivian Terry was attempting to do as others watched. Actually she was putting dressing on her salad and not doing some strange ritual! | And the "Candid Camera" strikes again. Two people in the same pose! Please note the FMC hats on the tables. RVS was generous enough to provide complimentary hats for all attendees. | No rally in this area would be complete without another FMC employee and one that we all know either in person or over the phone and that is Jim Black of the manufacturing/service department and, since the cessation of manufacturing, owner of RVS of Morgan Hill. He did enjoy the dinner! To his right is Jackie Black who is the other half of RVS and the nice voice that usually answers the phone when you call. Jackie is the one that keeps all of the guys at RVS organized and headed the right direction. | To Michelle's left are Nancy and Wayne Biondi, also guests for the evening. Wayne was also in the Marketing department of the Motor Coach Division and was able to add to the evening's program.
Enjoying the dinner are Earl Anderson, the guest speaker, and Michelle. | Everyone stepped in to help at anytime help was needed for the entire rally. Here Louise Herbert is collecting money from Paco. When she is the "collector", you WILL pay! A variety of local wines as selected by the Millers was available for purchase and enjoyment as desired. | After the day's activities, we moved over to the campground lodge for the catered dinner and evening program. Here are Liza and Greg Miller who made the arrangements. It was an excellent dinner that everyone enjoyed. I heard manny positive comments. | This was a much admired window name board.
I said that Vivian Terry and Brian Gorman came even though their coach, #027, wasn't up to the task. Well they just set up a tent and snuggled in and became our "tent dwellers". You just do what you need to do to be at the rally! | Enjoying the fire and pleasant company and conversation are from the left, Sherry Black (Mark's wife), Liza Miller, Jackie Black and Jim Woestman. It's the same chairs but the people in them was constantly changing. | From the left we have Brian Gorman and Vivian Terry who are the owners of coach #027. They came to the rally even if their coach was not quite up to the task at the moment. Next to them is Ron Herbert and then Mark Black, Jim and Jackie Black's son who also works at RVS. | Here are Jim Woestman, Brian Gorman, Ron Herbert, Paco Ruiz and, in red, Nick Camyre.
