Overhead cabinets had to be removed as one unit then it was possible to take them apart.

This liquid cooled Honda 3,6kw genset will go in where the Onan used to be. Will save us 154 lbs but most important it is 220v 50 Hz.

First of two layers of liquid thermal and acoustic insulation.

New galvanized steel floor sheet with styrofoam and armaflex under for insulation.

Someone had a very bad day back in november 1973 at the factory! In the corner the aluminum was cut way to short. I could put my hand straight in to the engine compartement.

All cleaned and sealed, waiting for sound and heat insulation.

Choosed to use foam inside structure holding the window frame. Foam seals off from engine compartement and fills the quite large air gap inside the structure beam. Will cut carefuly with thin knife where the foam touches the window frame so window and frame can be removable from outside, without tearing the insulation. After doing this it is essential the window does not leak as any water on inside will now leak in to the coach interior and not down thru the structure like before.
