West Coast Felton Rally - April 2013
Author: BigRabbitMan (Show all albums) This is an album that shows what a good time we had at the rally in Felton, CA. It is a good location and we expect to be back here in the future so plan ahead. The pictures in this album are courtesy of Stephen Heinrichs, Louise Herbert, Larry Enoksen, and Liza Lee Miller. |

Here are Paul and Tracie Hankerson, 763, with four of their five children and their first grandchild. | Larry found a place to have some aircraft grade aluminum base plates made for the powered, heated mirrors he found on ebay. | The aircraft grade aluminum will keep its shine. | The mirrors are a giant leap forward as compared to what was on the coach previously.
Ron has lots of help from the boys lighting the fire. | Look closely. The boys are standing inside the burnt out center of a redwood tree that was felled about 100 years ago when this area was clear cut. The stump was the mother tree. The ring of trees around the stump are the young trees that have grown from the mother tree's roots. When you find a ring of redwoods, the size of the ring tells you how large the mother tree was. | Local wildlife! This is a banana slug so named because of its color. | Boys and charcoal seem to go together!
Nuntawan and Joe Camrye walking on the narrow gauge railroad tracks in the adjoining state park. The steam train can be taken up the mountain or down into Santa Cruz for a day of shopping. | More relaxing and visiting. | Liza Lee said "It is time for a nap!". | Sunday arrived and it was time for some to prepare to head home. Here the Lumibao's in 886 are staring to pull out.
