Finally putting the engine back in | Quick test fit before lowering it and mounting the transmission. Not too much room to play with in height but it worked out just fine, even as a one man job. | (2 Comments) Mini starter. Let’s remove weight behind the rear axle. | It’s a tight fit. Had to cut some off the connector stud. Routed wires forward away from heat and added som Parker FireSleeve for added protection
With the drop manifolds brake lines obviously needs to be routed outside frame. Will do new ones anyway so that’s fine. Hoping to get a tidy engine installation with best possible airflow all around | Reverse airflow may or may not be the way to go. Been tested before without success but I’ll given it another shot. The original alternator is temporary. Bosch Longhaul 160a alternator and a Sterling alternator to split battery charger has been collected. | A little more plumbing and wiring to do then then the rebuild radiator is going in. | (1 Comments) Doing some plumbing. New power steering oil lines. Dipstick shown is temporary.
New trans cooler lines to the rebuild original radiator.
