(1 Comments) | Getting closer to the finish. This is the 800 grit wet sanding. Just 1000 and 1200 and a lot of buffing left to do before the thing shines like never before. | (1 Comments) Door repaired and gelcoated. Kristian uses a lead pencil all over the door between each sanding to make sure no areas is left out. | Front overhead cabinet modified on the inside to take loudspeaker with more build height than the original 2Watt Learjets.
Ladys new underwaer looking fluffy before trimming. | This is what it looks like when the insulation is cut close to the trim and the vinyl runs in under the trim. | (1 Comments)
(1 Comments) Just the right tools.. | Putting back the interior is quite a challenge now since half inch insulation and vinyl on the walls makes everything fit very tight. Have to use a lot of dry teflon spray and be careful not to tear the vinyl. The rear headliner turned out ok like the one up front.LSB-garage style! | Walls covered with 10mm armaflex and 3mm foam backed vinyl. Vinyl looks bright white on pictures but it has a little yellow/brown in it. | (2 Comments) Rear window cabinet finished. Added some tubing for running new electrical wires and loudspeaker cables.
