West Coast Oregon Rally October 2020
Author: BigRabbitMan (Show all albums) This photo album shows a few things that we did at the rally. The main thing was that we were able to meet new people, some new owners, and visit with old friends that we knew from previous rallies. Much time was spent just visiting and exchanging information and stories. Some parts changed hands as well. The pictures were provided by Stephen Heinrichs, Vicki Alstrom and Joe Johnson. |

Mark Pitts has finished visiting Doug and Vicki's coach and is leaving while Wendy Pitts is getting her dog in gear. Vicki is observing! | Listening and gaining knowledge is Todd Benson. | Here we have Doug, Mike and Dan in a discussion about Doug's coach. | Here is Todd Benson's coach 724 from Moscow, ID.
A better view of Coach 862. Repainting is in progress. We will see what he does with the topside at a future rally! | Due to having more people coming than initially anticipated, these three coaches were up the line a bit from the main group. The first one is 862, an M model owned by Mike Hood of Walla Walla, WA. Next is 724 owned by Todd Benson of Moscow, ID. Then we have Doug Howarth and Vicki Alstrom in 339 from Buhl, ID. | (2 Comments) In the area between the two rows of coaches, the FMC FireBox was enjoyed each night. This one was brought by Heinrichs and had been converted to propane since wood fires were banned this year. Dan brought the propane bottle. When allowed, it can still be used for wood fires. After the rally, three other owners ordered FireBoxes for themselves with their coach number on the end plates. | A front view of Heinrichs' coach 1046 which he claims is the newest FMC actively on the road as it is the fourth from last unit built.
And here we have a frequent position observed at rallies. Head inside and rear end outside of an engine compartment! Here Dan is inspecting the inside of the engine compartment of Jim's transit conversion. | Here we have the back side of coaches 1046-Heinrichs, 386-Enocksen and 708-Miller. | (2 Comments) On the left is coach 324 owned by Dan Karnath of Medford, OR. On the right is coach 86 owned by Carl Beyer and Tracy Thomas of Woodland, WA. | Here Doug is taking a picture of the interior of the converted transit.
