Most of the material for the new and improved floor structure was cut on this good old machine. | Daddys new toy, the plasmacutter is perfect for this. | Very well ventilated coach. | Fresh steel going in.
Plenty more to do. This is beam on passenger side under (outside) propane tank. Also has to be changed, and same goes for the drivers side. | Made a new larger reinforcement in the rear because I belive this is possible point of stress in coach structure. 23/4 | Rear right frame tube cut out. | Rear left new outer and cross member.
Origial (improved) door frame to main frame fixture. Door frame was almost straight but moving around making the door opening up while driving. | So weak from rust it could be bendt away from frame by hand very easy. | Making the new frame fixture.Had to pull the frame a little down in the rear at first, then the whole frame was adjusted a little forward at the lower end to make it square. I spendt almost a whole day on and it was a bit tricky to get it right. | This is what it looks like when finished. Door frame feels rock solid.
