New "Booster Switch" this connects the Chassis batteries to the House batteries. | New Chassis battery disconnect switch, breaks the ground connection to isolate them. | New House battery disconnect switch also breaks the ground connection, there was lots of unused space under the seat and it's easy to get to. All of the switches are the same Blue Sea 9003e, they'll support 48v/350amps continuous with the intermittent rating more than triple that. | Dash at the beginning of the 4th of July weekend..
dash at the end of the weekend...still a couple of bugs to work out but everything is connected and for the most part doing what it's supposed to.. | drivers side rear panel removed for fiberglass repair/relocation of fuel fill. I'll also be tackling the structural/sagging issue while I've got it off. | foam removed and the buckling/sag is obvious.. | huge gap between the structure and the sheet
again more buckling and separation of fasteners | what a f#%*ing joke.. | didn't even bother to attach it in the rear... it's no wonder they sag so bad.. | Most of the existing structure removed. Still some work to do before the new goes in.
