Return fuel cooler and PCV Catch-Can/Breather installs.

Tail/Trailer lights fuse/junction box in the overhead makes for an easy/clean connection point. I had to replace all the rear light wiring harness, I'm not sure if the rats or the previous owners did the most damage to the mess that was installed..

New 6 quart radiator overflow tank installed.

With the radiator being lowered almost 2" it was necessary to open up a couple more rows of vents on the rear fairing...very time consuming!

Nice to see some exterior fairings on it...feels like I'm headed in the right direction!

rough interior cutout for the pass-thru storage

pass side rough interior cut out, took a few adjustments to get it to sit below where I want the new mattress/bed level to be an still be high enough to clear the propane tank opening on the outside.

no way to get around moving the fuel tank opening a couple inches...it will still have plenty of access to the fill neck..

followed the rear vericle line on the propane opening and tucked it in just above it's hinge line..

New 3/8" thick HDPE "Starboard" dash insert. Still quite a bit to go on this but the hard part of getting the exterior shape and the dash shape centered, cut, and attached are done.

Did I mention the 7hrs of frustration and 2 previous scrapped attempts...?

After a few test starts I noticed my steering input shaft was weeping fluid. This is pretty common on Saginaw steering boxes. The proper rebuild kit is Gates 350350, it has the 13/16" input shaft bearing and seals. You can change these without removing the steering box.
