Ouch... only 6 inches from the curb??? Note the breakaway collar! I'm sure it's been taken out many times! :p | Side panels glassed and primed. | Shooting it with AxAlta Rival paint. Single stage was super easy to shoot and flowed like glass. | Don't forget to always wear a mask and gloves... this sh.. is toxic!!!
At home for the platform bed removal. My girlfriend found it too claustrophobic... okay, let's do this thing. | I felt bad taking it out as Len had obviously thought through what was needed to make it functional and well built. | Trust me... I had no idea how much work was ahead to build new cabinetry, relocate the shore power, cold air intake, batteries and replace the oversized Allison transmission cover!!! | Initially, I wanted to recapture the shore power and cold air intake area for the drivers side bed as it is extra long and I'm 6'2" tall. More on this later.
New T molding is available online at https://www.t-molding.com/brown-t-molding.html | Get ready to measure twice and cut once. I mocked up all the plywood pieces first. Then laid out the formica in my living room floor to trace out the pieces with the woodgrain going in the right direction. | Do a test panel first! | Adjusted the router to a perfect edge fit.
