You can see here the CAC radiator hangs partially below the side vent. The additional opening should help.	(1 Comments) Tried to save the old glove box but 'no joy'. Near 50 years tends to cause a bit of distress on things. Anyway, here was the solution, not great but it'll work. The back is built so it can be removed if necessary as there are a number of relays behind it that are difficult to reach.	New dash with donor trucks cluster. Lots of work here.	Trying to clean up some of the loose ends. Here's how I covered the rear trans access hole. The black material you see sticking out from the aluminum is a closed cell foam. Works as a seal and a little noise control.
About all that's needed now is the sound absorption material.	Here's where the engine intake air comes in through the drivers side grill.	Because I'm using the stock air filter it was necessary to adapt the 8 1/2" filter housing down to a more manageable 5".	New A/C unit, 18,000 BTU that uses a technology similar to inverter types. Variable speed both fan and compressor. 11.6 max amp draw. You can see one of the new aluminum vent caps to the lower right. The roof is going to require a BUNCH of work as you can see.
Mounted a pair of 370 watt panels. Looked into flexible panels but they just haven't caught up-not as pretty but the hard panel just do the work 740 watts total here.	Mounting the panels was a bit of a chore. Sure don't want them turning into a sail and leaving the rig. I was able to tap the aluminum cross members but used Sikaflex 252 to secure the 10 bolted anchors. SikaFlex 252 has a shear strength of 550lb per inch so if it pulls loose the fiberglass roof will probably go with it.	New center dash with levelers control, A/C compressor, power mirrors with heaters. Also has the new tank monitors as well as the LP level.	Center dash and steering wheel with working controls. Multi function stalk controls single wiper motor with donor trucks OEM functions.
