cardboard pattern for the finish plate, I'm thinking I'll use Black HDPE "Seaboard" as is has the same textured style surface as the original bezel pieces do. | heat shrink solder sleeves make a tedious process a little less so.. | Body Control Module mounted on the fire wall near the front door, I mounted another DIN rail terminal station here right on the BCM mount bracket...might as well take advantage of the space/proximity.. | Possible solution to using original FMC Cruise Control switch with the Duramax ECM.
Under dash terminal strip and BCM wiring filling up quick and I've still got a bunch of lighting circuits to work on | (2 Comments) quick coat of paint "putting lipstick on a pig" before reinstallation | intercooler and trans coolers in for good | tank access hole had to be opened up to 10" for future sending unit servicing
all cleaned up and ready for it's final install.. | put my thermocouple probe right at the turbo to get accurate egt/turbo inlet temps | bypassed the factory PCV routing to the intake with a plastic tee, will route it to a separate catch can/breather | square peg...round hole.. Going to have to find a solution for this, later model allisons moved to a different interface connector.
