Front passenger side leveling jack mount uses the bumper attachment fasteners and four more that I added...it's not going anywhere. | New front leveling jack mounts fabricated and installed, needed this done before I lowered the coach back to tire height. | Had a mobile fiberglass guy come in and patch in the relocated fuel fill and repair some damage to this panel. Color matched the new pass thru door to the cream gel coat color. | Nice to see wheels and tires on it again. I was able to give it a quick spin around the block before elevating the rear for the next round of work.
Using pole jacks to eliminate the sag and put some pre-load into the new structure. | Most of the existing structure removed. Still some work to do before the new goes in. | didn't even bother to attach it in the rear... it's no wonder they sag so bad.. | what a f#%*ing joke..
again more buckling and separation of fasteners | huge gap between the structure and the sheet | foam removed and the buckling/sag is obvious.. | drivers side rear panel removed for fiberglass repair/relocation of fuel fill. I'll also be tackling the structural/sagging issue while I've got it off.
