fit check of the raditor, it's over 2" lower than it was originally which better centers it to the fan. | new passenger side radiator mount, this will be a bolt in mount, it will allow for the radiator to remain in place while the fan and shroud can be removed for accessory maintenance. | drivers side bolt in radiator mount, anchor nuts will be welded in the frame. Shroud will be modified to a two piece design allowing easy removal. | I have to admit, I completely ignored the "no welding or torch" warning when I plasma cut the top of it out this weekend..
the mud-dobbers must be relentless in Sedona...I've found their nest in everything! | Fuel pickup from the donor modified to the depth (20") of the FMC tank. | New magnaflow 3" turbo downpipe, will probably cut the bottom few inches off this and add a flex coupler so that I can rigid mount the rest of the exhaust | modified some the stock intake parts for a better transition piece
finished fabrication on the fan shroud and converted it to a split design so that I can remove it while leaving the radiator in place | welded the anchor nuts in the frame (both sides ) for the new dedicated radiator supports | modified the stock fuel tank to accept the donor truck fuel tank pickup | had 1/4" rings waterjet cut, larger one tapped for 1/4-20 hardware and welded to the tank, smaller ring retains the piece of the donor tank with the flange down tight
