Duo Duplex brake rebuild | Spring leafs sandblasted and coated before reassembly with the original Teflon inlays and Tectyl. | It would be a waist of time trying to get any good consistent wheel alignment and steering geometry without replacing all 6 of these bushings. Have not found any direct replacements so we will do some machining to make bushings for a Mack 8t front axle fit.
Center bounded leaf spring bushing. Same bushing is used in the lower control arms. | All new rod ends and ready to reinstall | All cleaned up, lightly honed and new seals, good to go. | The bigger caster rod ends.
“Before and after” | Parts and more parts | Luckily brake drums are very good. Not worn out and no cracking. | The usual drilling of lower control arm and long grease zerk for the ball joint.
