West Coast Castaic Rally Feb 2018

Author: BigRabbitMan (Show all albums) Here are a few pictures of the West Coast Rally held in Feb 2017. This is the second time we have held a rally at this location which has good facilities for a rally with the circle layout and roomy spaces. We took up half of the circle.

An as evidence that we have good times at rallies, here is Ron Herbert in his special 75'th birthday hat! See all of you at the next rally which will be in Chama, NM July 2-6, 2018. Don't miss it as you never know what will occur or what you will learn.	On Sunday of the rally, Louise Herbert arranged for a surprise birthday party for Ron's 75th birthday in the pavilion in the center of the circle. The party included all of our group plus many relatives of Ron that lived in the area. It was a good party! Here we have Liza Lee Miller, Jim Woestman, Carl Mannheimer (Louise's brother) Lynn Clugston, and Ken Clugston.	While the guys were doing their thing, the ladies enjoyed a get together in one of the coaches. Left to right we have Louise, Lynn, Liza Lee, Sandy and Anna.	Here we have coach 617 from Missouri and Jim Woestman again in the shadow! Come to Chama this summer and you can see him in person!
Long time coach owners Harry and Sandy Day are poised in front of #400, a largely original coach. They came down from Oregon.	(2 Comments) Yes, there is a Stephen Heinrichs and here he is in front of #1046.	Here is Larry Enoksen and Baby in front of #968 and its new "eyes".	Greg and Liza Lee Miller were joined by Ron and Louise for this picture in front of the Miller's coach #708.
Lynn and Ken Clugston own two FMC coaches, but this extended trip out west from Missouri was made in their larger SOB coach.	Ron and Louise Herbert are standing in front of their FMC replacement. They owned coach #621 for many years and many rallies, but recently sold it to a younger couple. The new owners were scheduled to be at the rally, but a last minute health issue prevented them from attending. Once part of the FMC group, always a member!	Here is most of the group! It is hard to take pictures with the subjects having their back to the sun, but the sun felt good on people's backs!! From left to right we have Liza Lee Miller(standing), Jim Woestman (in the shade), Ron Herbert, Louise Herbert, Harry Day, Lynn Clugston, Ken Clugston (standing), Larry Enoksen, and Sandy Day. Stephen Heinrichs is behind the camera!	Coaches 968 and 1046.
