Go back and reread what was said.  The officers have first call for those sites, IF DESIRED.  Note that this is a decision by the Rally Master and NOT the club officers.  Also note that there are more sites with hookups than there ARE club officers.  Beyond that, those sites are on a first come, first call system. 

Have you made your RESERVATION?  If you HAVE MADE A RESERVAION FOR YOUR COACH then you need to tell the Rally Master that you want one of the "hook up" sites.

I you have NOT made a reservation for YOUR coach, then this is all a mute point.
