New user | Hi Folks, FMC Coach #967 for sale for $5000 OBO immediately . The reason for this low price is that the driveshaft broke during a 2000 mile trip across the country and split the transmission case, cut the shifter cable and emergency brake cable. The coach has been sitting at a truck repair facility in Birmingham Ala since December 2015 and it must be moved by this weekend 9/24. The coach has approximately 42,500 original miles and I bought it on ebay in October of 2015 and drove it from California to Birmingham in December when it broke down on me. The following write-up of work performed and upgrades was provided by the previous owner. The coach is in very nice condition and I can send photos if you email me at bockjohn@att.net or contact me at 949-444-1548. 1996-2007 The following was added, changed and or upgraded during this period. Coach was completely rewired with new wiring. Wired for cable/satellite and phone. All new hardwood (beechwood) cabinets throughout the coach Flooring with sub-floor New roof All new Peninsula insulated windows with screens. Dual pane with aluminum frames. New interior ceiling New walls with wall paper. Completely insulated Counters Lounge table Window blinds Carpeting Sofa Two 6" fans added to bedroom New VDO gauges Specific Cruise System cruise control Approx. 180 cubic feet of interior storage which includes 2 wardrobe closets approx. 90 cubic feet. 25 cubic feet of exterior storage 27 square feet of counter/table area New heating system (diesel Webasto) with heat exchanges with fans throughout the coach, including bathroom. It is 2 zone with thermostats in main cabin and one in bedroom. This system also heats the water. There is a separate Hott Rod element hot water system with 15 gallon hot water tank. Shurflo water pump. New Traveler China toilet. . New kitchen and bathroom sinks with faucets All new plumbing throughout Yale door locks Accuride exterior heavy duty storage drawer. Fan-Tastic Vent fan All new interior lights Penguin rooftop air conditioner NorCal 2 way refrigerator with separate freezer. Princess Electric Ceran stove top Engine bay soundproofed ($3000) Auxiliary engine bay fan. Larger 6 core radiator. Fuel and vacuum hoses. Transmission cooler New fresh, grey and black water tanks 90 gallon fuel tank Carter electric fuel pump Holley fuel regulator Generac 6600 watt Generator (1 hour of use!) 2800 watt Inverter/charger Jacobs high capacity energy coil Perko Auto box Solar panels were installed but are no longer available. Ladder on rear has been removed to clean up look. In place of it PO installed handles/step by rear window and above it on roof (see first photo). Engine I have the work order of complete engine rebuild which details all parts and labor. Final bill was over $11k (1998 prices). This is a small fraction of work none. Sony CD player (iPod ready) Alpine Amp 3503. 4 Bose, 2 Blaupunkt speakers (bedroom) Bose Acoustimass AM-5 SE-5 501X 5 Series I 2014-2015 New Edelbrock carburetor New Pro Form electronic distributor. Cap and rotor New Tuff Stuff high torque Denso gear reduction starter. New Optima 12V starter battery 4 new 6V golf cart domestic batteries (in vented compartment with generator, inverter, etc.) 50% of fuel hoses 70% of vacuum hoses Fuel pressure regulator Custom set of 8.5 mm MSD ignition wires. Ceramic spark plug boots Plugs Generator serviced (oil, filters, etc) Webasto fuel pump cleaned, all fuel lines and filters replaced. New Ventline bath fan. Brakes New shoes- all wheels All new Bendix wheel cylinders - all wheels New, correct master cylinder. New distribution block Both Hydro-vac boosters rebuilt. Brake lines where needed. 4 rubber brake wheel cylinder hoses. Wheels All new inner and outer wheel bearings with seals - all wheels. All glass is perfect with no chips or cracks. Two of fixed windows have some fogging. | ||
