The West Coast winter rally has been scheduled and park reservations made.
It will be at the Valencia Travel Village just off of I-5 on the North side of the Greater Los Angeles area. That location makes it very accessible from all directions. The important thing is that you get your reservation in as soon as possible to Louise Herbert and not the park as Louise is the one that has the contract with the park and is handling the money.
The following is the rally information including the form to use to make your reservation. This is an older, but well maintained RV park and it has a semi-circle area at the back of the park that will be ideal for holding our rally.

Valencia Travel Village is an RV resort in a beautiful country setting with mature trees and grassy sites, located about 5 miles from Valencia. Valencia is just North of Los Angeles with convenient access to all that Southern California has to offer. RALLY DATES & AGENDA
Friday – Feb. 17 th Official Arrival and check in, although, you can arrive early, of course. Saturday – Feb. 18 th Local attractions, sharing our coaches, you name it! Joint dinner. Sunday – Feb. 19 th More local attractions, FMC Club meeting and raffle. Monday – Feb. 20 th Pack up, hugs and goodbyes.
All reservations must be made with Louise Herbert (FMC #621). Payment via check is preferable to process and secure your space. If paying via snail mail check, please email Louise ( louhsc@aol.com ) with the check number and booking info so we can inform the park ASAP. Then, mail check to Louise (see below) along with your names and the dates of your stay and your coach #, if you have one. Any payments after January 5th must be made via Credit Card; please use the form attached to this flyer and email to Louise for immediate processing. There are NO spaces being held without payment in full. Send checks to Louise at: Louise Herbert 122 E. Avenida Ramona San Clemente, CA. 92672 Checks are to be made out to “Louise Herbert”. Spaces will be assigned first come-first served upon receipt of payment in full. You can call Louise at 949-492-3641 or 714-813-9661 (cell) with any questions.
Rates are $120 total for all three nights for the reserved spaces. If you want more or less nights included, please contact Louise (see above); additional nights are $40/night. Rates go up soon at this park, so don’t delay.
We have 11 spaces currently held for our rally. They will fill up for sure. If that happens, we will try to get more spaces, but cannot guarantee spaces nearby, or at all. So, reserve early to get your spot!

Location: Cottage Grove, OR | Reservations for this rally have been happening. Make sure your schedule is cleared and your reservation is submitted to Louise as outlined above. I will be coming down from Oregon so I will see you there! Its 800 miles for me and further for another person coming from Oregon so if you are closer than we are you need to plan on being there. This is probably the most inexpensive park that we will be in for some time so now is the time to come see others, have a good time and learn things about FMC's that will help you in your use of your own unit.

| I am staying in southern California the weekend before the rally and will stay the extra week so I can come to the rally. Looking forward to meeting fellow FMC owners. I have owned #787 for several years and haven't been able to make it to a rally. I am not bringing my FMC to the rally so will be staying at a near by motel. Just to much snow up here in Canada and northern states to take the chance and also the 3500 miles round trip. I don't think I could trust the situation.

The current status is that 11 FMC coaches will be at the rally and there will be several more owners without their coaches. That fills up the reserved spaces but if anyone can make it to the rally later, they can contact the RV park and see if they can get a spot close to the group. Four coaches will arrive on Thursday, most on Friday and one or two on Saturday. Coaches will be leaving on Monday and Tuesday.
Remember, if your coach can't make it this time, you are welcome to come by and stay for one or two or three days! One person is coming from Calgary, BC, Canada and a coach is coming from Missouri and a couple from Oregon so it will be a great opportunity to see and talk to a variety of coaches and coach owners.
