Other Notes:	All house systems are functional. New refrigerator, microwave. Both A/C systems and furnace work well. Automotive A/C and heater systems are non-functioning for unknown reasons. 101k miles. 440 stock engine was rebuilt at 86k miles. Stock rims. Mix of new bias tires (front) and older radials (rear) Good glass all around although some slider tracks are brittle. Generator runs well. Propane system and tank are in good shape. Upholstery in good condition. Carpeting is fair with some stains. Dashboard is fair - someone added a veneer and all control labelling is covered. Wipers work. Radio works. Dash blower works. A few small cracks in fiberglass that have been sealed. Repainted with black scheme in 1980`s, paint in good condition.
