All cracks grinded down. Why has the gelcoat cracked?


This photo illustrates what the problem is.Crack is not due to stress in the structure. One can clearly see the original laminate was not perfect. These dry spot comes from failing to soak the fibreglass enogh and removing air when molding. We fix!


We are doing the sheer plating of the coach sides before putting back the lower body panels. We are using 4mm aluminium. Some aluminium profiles is welded in first also. Scary thing welding close to the foam insulation.


Adding a few profiles.


Armoured RV ;-) Will cut the opening for the propane fill so it matches the compartement door.


Drivers door at the doctors table.


Some extra laminate in the inside.


LPG door done on the inside, just another piece to the puzzle.


Dull but straight and solid.

Sanding of lower body panels.


Ready for repairs simular to what was needed on the upper body, even if it does not show on this pictures.
