Rear Differential Parts

Does anyone know what kind of rear differential I have based on these pics? I know it's a long shot but we're having trouble finding info. The mechanics are going to take it apart in the morning to look for part numbers but I thought I'd check here too. I have a Detroit Diesel 8.2L Fuel Pincher that revs high in neutral. The damage occurred when I was in park and I accidentally went from reverse into drive while it was revving high. Thanks, Craig

This is where the break occurred. I believe it's a broken pinion.

This is the only number we were able to find in the lower left but they say it's not the number they need.
