Transfer switch mounted and wired. I'll wait to wire in the shore power cable until I'm farther along.

New AIMs 4kw inverter/charger mounted. It was no simple task getting that 75lbs chunk up in there..

The all important "100qt cooler fit check" complete!

Out with old...in with the new.. The duct tape patch is a nice touch though..

A lot of fasteners but if you want to be able to disassemble and remove it without pulling the whole dash you have to be able to separate it in at least two pieces...or the mangled cardboard duct tape approach..

40yrs of road grime and petrified grease removed.

ready for fresh grease and 40 more years.. thankfully all the joints were in great shape so that was a nice savings..

Forward upper cabinet removed so I can access the 115vac wiring to reroute from the old converter to power the new forward AC unit.

Checking circuits brought me to pull out the microwave...WTF with the orange extension cord wiring???

Hose, soap and scrub brush made for a huge improvement!

Cut in the shifter, ignition and mirror controls, still many switches and two new gauges to be added. Also stared on center dash section which will hold new stereo along with the airbag suspension controls and a few other circuits..

Switched back over to some fabrication work and got a good start on the rear air bag lower mounts. They will be plated (1/8") top and bottom and will have one large gusset across the top.
