Expert Location: Cottage Grove, OR | Beautiful coach. It is the only other coach that I have seen that has the same dining area modification as my 1046. It also has the same CB radio!! The Speedometer is not the original so at some point it was replace and so the mileage shown is not chassis miles. May be since the major transformation of the drive train. Should be records to determine/identify when it occurred.

Elite Veteran Location: Medford, OR | There's been a lot of 22.5" talk on here lately, maybe someone should pick this guys brain on what parts it takes???? Everything seems such a mystery.

Veteran Location: Bethune, SC | Man who owns coach seemed a little vague. I called him for a person who had called me wanting a diesel. He misspelled 'Pincher' (Pinser), and said in the ad that the Bear restoration was done in SC, and then said it was done in NC. I cannot find the restoration company on the Internet. He said he owned two coaches. His wife does all his written communications. You can text him at his cell phone (925) 708-7666. His wife gets them for him. He prefers calls. He lives in Walnut Creek, CA. A very nice man, but may not have the depth of information you are looking for. I have two FMC's (920 and 589) with 22.5 wheels. In one case the wheels were made by Firestone, and in the other, they were made by Budd. Brakes and suspension parts all the same. 5x8 lug pattern. Wheel wells were heavily modified on 920, as well as everything else on the coach. Wiring is a work of art, wiring diagram is MIA. Henry

Contributor | Henry, When you mentioned "pincher" were you referring to the 8.2 Detroit? I am wondering which drive train... Maybe a 8.2 + AT545? Engine would be screaming with that set up, even with the 22.5's. I love the look of those wheels.
