Good morning everyone,

I realize I may be a little late in the game, someone may have discussed this already...

Has anyone done any research into trucks built by FMC during the 70's, More specifically, Firetrucks?

I'm wondering if there were any built with the 440? If so, some harder to find cross references for parts may be easier to find if it were also used on fire equipment.

Hey
I believe most if not all fire engines by FMC/John Bean very built on or by third party chassis builder, like Spartan.

What parts would you expect to be shared between the Motorcoach and a 70's fire truck with a front mounted engine, solid axles and conventional suspension, except from the engine and transmission. Only thing I have found is the FMC-badge.

Stay cool
