Subject: Fuse panel?

I have coach #660. I cannot find the 12volt fuse panel. Owners manual and service manual both say the fuse box should be on the left side of instrument panel and underneath the panel. Mine are not there. I've looked all over and cannot find the fuses. Any ideas? Thanks!

Thanks to Bill Sitton, it looks like what I thought were bus bars behind the glove box, are some type of circuit breaker. Therefore, I will take another look at this spaghetti of wires and attempt to fix my brake light problem.
