Location: Cottage Grove, OR | The dates and location of our Bi-annual Mega or National Rally has been set.
What: 2018 Mega Rally
Where:Little Creel RV Park in Chama, NM
When: July 2-6, 2018
Yes, this is a Monday through Friday rally which is different from times past when the rally was on a weekend. This allows the weekends to be travel days both coming and going. It also puts us at a fun place during a fun holiday where we expect some special opportunities for fun to exist.
This park has some great facilities for rallies including having our coaches on part of a circle with a meeting place in the center of the circle. The nearby steam trains are the primary activity with rides to enjoy and engines to view.
This posting is just to give you the dates and location so that you can block out the dates needed to attend. The specific instructions for reserving your site, etc. will be coming and will be posted here so check back periodically. We have reserved all of the remaining sites on the circle so don't hesitate to reserve your site when we get the instructions posted.
See you there,

Location: Cottage Grove, OR | The park was getting a like nervous as Greg Miller had reserved the sites last December but there had only been a few registrations. Yes, we all tend to take a while to "get 'round to it"!! So I did some calling and texting of various people and i am pleased to say that people immediately stepped up and made reservations so we are now up to 11 FMC coaches with confirmed registrations with the park. Also an SOB as well. I am still looking to get a couple more FMC registrations and an SOB or two as well so this is shaping up to be our largest rally since Minden, Nebraska in 2010.
We have almost used up our initial site reservations so the Little Creel RV park added three more sites to our reservation. So don't delay anymore if you still haven't registered, give them a call now and let either Greg or myself know that you are coming. See phone numbers above.
See everyone there,

Location: Ramona, California | I reserved a space today for my SOB, #729 will not be there. Did it online so the park is not aware of my FMC affiliation, I will call tomorrow. |

Location: Cottage Grove, OR | It is best to call the park and identify yourself as part of the FMC group as that does two things: it gets you a group discount and you get put with the group.
Bruce, I am looking forward to seeing you again for a longer visit. Welcome to the rally! |

Location: Cottage Grove, OR | Bruce, I talked with the park last night and, by the powers invested in me, had you moved to space #27 so you are now "in the circle" with the rest of us. At the moment, you are one of three SOB units so you are in good company! We have another couple that are in a cabin and another owner that will be a day visitor so all types of participation is welcome.
See you there, |

Location: Cottage Grove, OR | I am currently sitting in a campground about half way to the rally. Will continue on my way tomorrow. I know others are also on their way or getting ready to leave home.
I am looking forward to renewing old friendships and making new ones. It’s going to be a great rally and we will miss those that can’t be there. |
