Location: Cupertino, CA | Selected site was Carthage MO with a projected date of Junked 23, 2016.
Since I am calendaring trips for 2016 now, and Claudia has expressed an interest in attending (wow!) we are trying to nail the dates down so we can get it on her calendar.
I know it is a long way out, but . . . Is the date still good? And are we still welcome Jim?

Location: Cottage Grove, OR | For everyone's information and planning, 2015 is the 15 year anniversary of the formation of the FMC Owners Club. Please plan to attend so that we can set an attendance record. Since the conversion of my coach, #1046, to a Duramax 6.6LTD has been completed, I will be there as well. I look forward to seeing many old friends and meeting some new ones at this gathering. |

Location: Cottage Grove, OR | I will be there in FMC 1046. I am coming from Oregon so most people are closer than myself so do plan on attending. Note that this will be an opportunity for everyone to see the results of the conversion of the coach from the 440 to an '06 Duramax diesel. The conversion was detailed in the photo album on this site called The Dieselfication of 1046.
See you there, |

Location: Carthage Missouri | The second Mega FMC Rally is getting closer as next month. I am planning activities. It would help if I had a general idea of the number of members or non members who will be attending. We have one new drop off dog. Everything is good at Red Oak II. Lowell Davis is now in Metal Art. My health is good again.

Location: Salem, Or | Good afternoon, Mr. Woestman. Sandy and I are looking forward to Red Oak II, 2016. We are on the road for the summer and wouldn't miss the chance for a visit with FMC friends for anything. We missed you in February in Buellton. Thanks to you all for welcoming SOB coaches. We are bringing a picture of the FMC and, with help from Stephen, we can confirm that it made the trip to the Buellton rally. Our calendar says arrival on Wednesday. See you then!

Location: Cottage Grove, OR | We currently have three driver side, new windshields in the storage container. If anyone attending the rally would like us to bring one for them, let me know soon and we will see about bringing it to the rally. The windshields are $700 each.
Also we have a number of the large bushings that the rear swing arms pivot on. Each coach uses two per side or four per coach. They are $80 per bushing. Again, if anyone would like a set brought our for them get hold of me soon.

Location: Cottage Grove, OR | A few notes carried forward from the Mega Rally:
The location can be found by looking up Red Oak II Missoura (http://www.redoakiimissouri.com/ ) . Red Oak II is on Kafir Rd, East of Rd 130. Jim Woestman’s personal address is also at this address--90974 County Loop 122. This is a small village that the artist Lowell Davis developed several years ago. All buildings were moved here from this area except Jim’s new home. You will camping back in past time. Very peaceful. Please use your computer to view the area.
IMPORTANT: There are 3 gravel roads coming into Red Oak II off County Loop 122. The west one has low tree limbs--the middle road has a light weight bridge with a wooden floor so please use the EAST drive way and drive to the south end of town. Red Oak II is on Kafir Rd, East of Rd 130.

Location: Cottage Grove, OR | I am taking a circuitous route from Oregon as I went north first to visit Grandkids in Washington, then via some back highways headed east and then down through Yellowstone so I am now in Cody, Wyoming. A few more days, as I need to make a stop in SD, and 1046 will be in Red Oak II. She has been running great!
I am looking forward to visiting with all of the other attendees. |

| Was an excellent first FMC rally, but won't be my/our last. Looking forward to my co-pilot, Pam, meeting a great bunch of people! Thanks, Mayor Jim for hosting. Thanks, Stephen for planting the seed that led to my transaction with Denny and Roy. Don't know why Denny and Roy can't stay connected with the club as associate members...but will look forward to Stephen's explanation when we're together again in Oregon. Looking forward to seeing Harry and Sandy there as well. Hope all coaches made it home safely and without nothing more than the normal hiccups. Bonjour from Canada, friends! - Grant & Pam Hooker |

Location: Cottage Grove, OR | I concur with the above comments in that we had a great rally here at Red Oak II. I met some people that were new to me and renewed friendships that I have had for a number of years. It was well worth my traveling from the West Coast to here. Anytime anyone is traveling through this area, be sure to swing through Red Oak II and look at all the things to see here and also, if he is home, say hello to Jim Woestman. He did a great job of hosting the rally so we all had a relaxing, interesting time. Later, after getting back home in a few weeks, I will create a picture album so that you will see what you missed!
Everyone needs to be sure to attend any rallies that they can in their areas and, if none is scheduled by others, create one yourself. That is how they happen.
On the road, |

| Greetings from Muskogee, Oklahoma, FMCers. Pam and I picked up Denny Shewmake's "Mighty 890" in Joplin, Missouri last Thursday and then spent Friday afternoon and Saturday morning at Red Oaks II. Was super to show Pam the site of last summer's mega-rally and to enjoy Mayor Jim, Lowell and Rose's company again. We revisited the Flying Jay steakhouse on Friday night and spent at least 2 or 3 hours sitting on Jim's porch and Lowell and Rose's backyard chatting.
Denny has continued to take an interest in the coach's condition and has been invaluable on the other end of the phone. Our "new" FMC performed beautifully on the steep Ozark hills between Springfield and Branson and then on the flatter stretches on to Muskogee, where I lived from age 7-16. As I had hoped, with a stable coach under us, Pam is again an FMC fan. Thanks to Harry Day, Stephen Heinrich and...of course...Denny, for making our upgrade to Mighty 890 possible.
We will be spending the next 5 weeks wandering around the Southwest and then up through California to Portland, Oregon where we'll be storing the coach. Haven't decided what to do with our older unit (#429), but if anyone has a suggestion, we'd love to hear it. Hope all of you are well! - Grant and Pam Hooker |
