My name is Frank Borrmann and my wife's name is Suzanne. We've owned coach 645 since 1995. At the Auburn rally I volunteered to be the International Vice-President, sooooo I'd like to announce a rally for June 7,8,9,10 at Elora Gorge Conservation Area, Elora, Ontario. This park is located about 4 hours from Detroit and 3 hrs from Buffalo. I've reserved twelve sites which have 30 amp electric, water, no sewer, but there is a dump station. Comfort Stations are close by. Showers are across the park. These are grassy sites with shade trees that have good access. This is a very scenic park with a deep gorge with a river running through it. There are good hiking and biking trails, tubing down the river, and lake swimming. If you go to "google" and type in "Elora, Ontario" you can follow the links. Restaurants are close by and the town of Elora has antique and interesting specialty shops which are very popular. The Waterloo Farmers Market is a favourite and well attended market on Thursdays. I will get you more details about food and events etc. as plans come together. Any suggestions are most welcome. Connie and I would like to attend your rally. It looks like a great area. We were unsure about a number of details. On the Canadian parks info for Alora Gouge--they talk about some pretty hefty one shot costs for using the park---specially for us foreigners with the park pass and extra vehicle passes. Do you have an idea as to the toal cost for the weekend?

Glad to hear your planning to come. I'm still trying to figure out some details on the cost of the rally, my estimate at this point would be around $130. 00 CND for the whole rally. I will try to have a definite cost by the end of the week.

I took the liberty to earlier copy a post of yours and put the rally in the calendar for this site. Go to the top and select calendar and Public Calendar and then advance to June. If anything needs to be changed, email me and I will adjust it.
To all others that are Rally Masters, as soon as you have your dates selected it would be good if you, the Rally Master, could put it on the calendar. Later, as you develop more specifics, you can update the description and instructions. I did it for the Feburary and June rallies as people are still getting used to using this site. |
