Hi
Me and my family are looking to find an fmc coach in ok condition to import to Norway. Our interest in these motorcoaches is a combinatin of wanting to own and spend time traveling in a high quality rv and our general interest in retro and industrial design from the 60's and the 70's.

We are posting your forum hoping some of you might know about any up for sale. We are looking for a coach in the pricerange up to 15.000 but might pay more depending on what state it's in.
We very well understand these are an old rv's and are very realistic about the project. The only things that might make us not want one is if it has had larger poorly repaired body damage, has major damages from water leaks to the interior or if it hase been taken to far from the original.

Ware serious about this and willl be able to make arrangement on shipping it to Norway without any further problems for the seller. Payment will be no problem and if needed we will travel to make arrangements.

We are really looking for a coach like this and don not want to waste yours, sellers or our time in any way.
Please share this message to any one that you might know looking to sell their coach and would like yo be assured we will take very well care of it.

Our e-mail: bergflodt@industripartner.no

Forgive my poor english writing.
Also please forgive us signing up yor forum even if not beeing owners (yet) If it is against your rules we will understand.
Thank you.

Thank you, those of you that has responed.
I think I should tell why we need the coach to be an A-model, it is because Norweegian regulations demand forward/rearward facing while driving. Then we can have it approved for 6-7 persons. Also the interior and equipment in general has to be very much original, or original looking at least due to the coach beeing importet and road registrades as an "veichle of motorhistoric value". This is the only way have it road legal. No problem if the interior has been restored in "oldstyle" but newer looking capain chairs new micro and so on will not be accepted. Safety upgrades like discbrakes, tubeless tyres and mods like that is no problem. "Original style" or original painting is also prefered. If abyone has the right J up for sale we could look into having it converted to A?
I know all this must sound like madness to you but it's true. It feels strange seeing your fine upgrades and turning down good offers because of these regulations, but one good thing is that we have quite an high number of good original older cars beeing taken very good care of over here. In the last ten year or more, quite a few rare mustangs and other wanted muclecars and classics in general have been exported back to the us, as the prices has risen much faster in usa tha over her, your market is much bigger. Having said that this search for a coach for our small family is by no means speculation for money, shipping cost for this will make it bad business for decades. Our "problem" is that we have fallen in love with the FMC in so many ways.

Also the coach has to be a "starter" with ok brakes because it will be shipped on a "roll on - roll of" ship. Flat batteries and starting problems will be very costly. Also antifreeze is needed everywhere due to frost in Norway.

Because of the 7-10 our time differense between us initial contact by email is prefered. I normally will not be able to answer from offical registraded mail before the day after( your time). I can take phonecalls and forum postings 24-7. Have decided to give this search on the internet one more week before buying tickets to travel.

So, if anyone is still following....... we are seriuos about this and will consider any offer on ok A model.
Sorry if I am waisting your time on this

Thank you all.
