Location: Victoria, BC. Canada (154.20.196.160) | Well, thanks to El Presidente, Senor' Sitton, I just learned that my coach production date - May 5th, 1975 - coincides with the Cinco de Mayo celebration.
A Cinco de Mayo coach, hmmmmm... maybe that explains why I tend to celebrate (okay - party) when I'm in, or, around it.
Some reading up on the historic significance of it points to an original celebration of a Mexican victory over the French army on May 5th, 1862.
Today, it's more widely celebrated in the US, concerning the importance of the Mexican-American culture that endures today.

Location: Ignacio Colorado (71.211.18.186) | My #100 coach was born on the first of April. Owners of close numbered coaches Jim E, and Lou C. Might check their vin and see if they have an April fools coach too. #902 is the sixth of July. Probably should have been a 4th of July coach but national holidays come first.

Location: Cottage Grove, OR (71.92.153.147) | Coach 1046 was completed in February 1976. No specific day revealed! Since it is fourth from the last of the FMC's that were built and was competed after the decision was made to end coach production, I guess that they didn't know when it would be defined as built - if ever! I guess I can celebrate its completion at the upcoming February rally in Felton. Cake with candles? Flower wreath?

Location: Ignacio Colorado (71.211.18.186) | You have to look at the vin number for the date. They all start with S for Santa Clara plant then the day and month. So S104Jxxxx would be the first day of the fourth month.
My number 289 and 297 coach start out S408 so they were both billed as built on the fourth of August.
Now Stephen can find out if his was built on Valentine’s Day.

Location: Ignacio Colorado (71.211.18.186) | This all started when I told Terry to check his coach. My transit #847 is Cinco De Mayo. Jim S. needs to check his transit too. You guys may have had 3 cinco de Mayo coaches together.

Ed Marshall of Southern California has 848. He came late to the Colorado Springs Mega Rally. He does not do computers so no internet nor email. His was originally Clint Eastwood's FMC.
